HOLIDAY DINNER BASKET GIVEAWAY

 Holidays and tradition are meaningful parts of our lives. At TICC, we aim to holistically support our clients during event these important times.

 

For present TICC clients experiencing financial difficulties during the coming holiday, we are providing a Holiday Meal Basket (a frozen turkey or ham and ingredients for side dishes).

Please complete the form to initiate your dinner basket request. TICC's case manager or an office administrator will contact you for further details upon request submission.

If you've completed the Request Form and a TICC staff has confirmed your registration, your Holiday Meal Basket has been scheduled according to your arrangement with TICC Staff.

​

During office hours, pick-up is at Millpond Dr. office location; after business hours, pick-up is at Codell Dr. office location.
